All jewelry is guaranteed for the life by repair, if needed. A replacement of equal value and similar design will be available if the components are no longer available to repair the item. This will be offered at cost of materials only to the buyer.
From the date of purchase and for 10 days thereafter a full refund will be granted on all jewelry returned in the same condition as purchased with the tag attached, not worn and in appropriate packaging. Insurance is to be purchased to guarantee delivery and for tracking the package. This is the responsibility of the buyer.
If the item is returned damaged by misuse or not properly packaged, no money will be refunded. Upon notification of damage, the buyer's options will be to repair or replace (at the buyer's cost). After 10 days, there is no refund and all sales are final. There is no refund for custom created jewelry.
General care of jewelry: Sterling Silver and other precious metals, polish with a jeweler's cloth to prevent abrasion. Mineral, gemstones, Swarovski Crystals, Pearls and Glass Beads wipe gently with a soft damp cloth and dry gently with a soft cloth.
